ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED. Custom orders take 7-10 days to process and ship. Returns, refunds and cancellations If a product is to be returned we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the product for a full refund. Notification of products to be returned after 7 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Custom orders are NOT returnable. You have 3 days in which to cancel your order, after the 3 days there will be a 20% cancellation fee. All products must be returned undamaged. Hook Line and Stinker is not responsible for any typographical errors and will promptly correct any errors found when notified.
